Returns and Exchanges

We hope you will be delighted with your J Phoenix London purchase.

Should you wish to return or exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging and accessories included.

Before returning an item, please contact us so that our team can provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm its acceptance and process the applicable refund to the original method of payment.

Items returned worn, damaged, altered, soiled, incomplete or without their original tags and packaging may not be accepted.

Moulded Leather Corsets

Our moulded leather corsets are individually handcrafted in our London atelier following each order. Each piece requires approximately ten working days of specialist handwork to create.

Due to the specialist made-to-order nature of these pieces, moulded leather corsets are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

We encourage you to review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. Should you require assistance selecting your size, please contact us and we will be delighted to advise you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Should your item arrive damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you.
